A big shout out to Katie Compton, a good friend and incredible athlete, on her 100th UCI victory with her win at the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Valkenburg, Netherlands this past weekend. Katie's ability to consistently battle for wins with the top women in the world year after year is as amazing as her list of national championships and world cup victories.
A little known fact is that Enduro Bites Dark Chocolate Espresso flavor was originally created for Katie. We finalized the recipe and made the initial batch the night before our first photo shoot, in which Katie graciously agreed to be involved.
